Changing out the windows in this 1960’s North County home dramatically improves its thermal performance.  Detailed effort was taken to match the exterior trim, maintaining the craftsmen look through the upgrades. Many tax credits and rebate incentives are accessible for these types of improvements… making a rapid return on your investment a reality!


We are working in association with a local timber framing contractor on this framing job. Notice the beautiful mortise and tenon work they are crafting.


Late in 2009 we completed this Gothic inspired guest home. After living in the space, the owners decided to simply add onto this structure in lieu of building a whole second home. We have started the framing and plan to have the windows installed in the next few weeks.








Here is a refined shop building that we are erecting in Santa Barbara County. The metal siding is corten and will achieve a beautiful rusted patina. The cedar posts at the entry were sustainably harvested and add a rustic character to the building. Look for more coming up!



The airfoil inspired barn in the north county is nearing completion. The siding/roofing is being installed and interior finishes are underway. We’re looking for completion this summer.june-11-2-cropped
