This lovely home sits atop a hill overlooking Estero Bay and the northern Coastal Range. Completely remodeled with new floors, cabinets and interior finishes, it has become an elegant backdrop for viewing the owners’ varied collections from their travels. The existing garage was transformed into a Media lounge, Gym and Spa as it was in turn replaced with a different 3-car Garage. This new addition created an enclosed Patio that calmly protects it inhabitants from the prevailing hilltop winds with an earthen berm, oak trees and natural landscaping. This patio is opened onto from the Media, Gym, Dining Room and Entryway. The driveway meanders to an existing horse barn which was remodeled into an Artist Studio and hospitality space that includes a full Wine Cellar, Bathroom, Mini Kitchen and Office. Outside is a BBQ with Outdoor Kitchen and Fire-pit overlooking the elegantly fenced Orchard and Garden. Within this gardening center lies a shed with large overhangs and work sink. This was an exceptionally fun project to develop with a extremely professional and dedicated team.
